- Where the current registry and the annual reports to the Legislature are published, if they are.
- Whether a written drone policy exists, and what it says about flying over public gatherings.
- Whether the office has sought any NRS 493 warrant, and whether any sworn statement has been filed under the imminent-threat exception. Those filings are court records.
