How to show up in Greenlee County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Greenlee County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Greenlee County Board of Supervisors
Watch this oneThis is the room where the county's law enforcement technology is bought. Both of the purchases we have found here arrived as ordinary business, and one of them was on the consent calendar, which is the part of an agenda that passes in a single vote without discussion.
- When
- Regular meetings are usually twice a month, with special meetings called in between. The agenda portal is the reliable answer for which days, because the pattern is not fixed.
- Where
- Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, second floor of the Courthouse Annex, 253 5th Street, Clifton. Meeting notices are posted on the bulletin board outside the second floor entrance, at the Duncan Courthouse Annex at 1684 Fairgrounds Road, and on the county website.
- Remote
- Meetings are streamed on the county's YouTube channel. A stream is watch only. If you want to speak, you need to be in the room in Clifton.
- Public comment
- Every regular meeting has a Call to the Public. The county's own notice says members of the public "may address the Board with a limit of three (3) minutes per person for speaking", and that "No discussion or decisions of the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors will take place regarding issues raised during the Call to the Public". So the Call to the Public is where you are heard, not where you get an answer.
- Written comment
- Speaking to an item already on the agenda is a different procedure. The county's notice says anyone "wishing to address an agenda item other than the Call to the Public must complete a Request For Public Input form and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to the commencement of the meeting", with the same three minute limit. If you are coming about a specific purchase, this is the form you want, and it has to be in before the meeting starts.
- Who to ask
- Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, (928) 865-2072. The Clerk is who receives the Request For Public Input form. (checked )
Everything here was confirmed on the Board's own page and its own agendas on 9 September 2026, and the agenda portal was opened to check it is current. The county publishes its agendas as web pages rather than as PDFs, so they are readable without downloading anything.

What this list does not cover yet
These are the bodies we have confirmed, not every body in the county. Greenlee County has other commissions and committees, and other school and special districts, that we have not documented yet. Several of the county's own committees publish on the same county portal linked above.
