Surveillance contracts are approved at public meetings any resident can attend and speak at. For each county below we have confirmed which bodies make those decisions, where they meet, how comment works, and where each one publishes its agendas.
These pages carry no meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night, so every body links out to wherever it publishes its own.
