It does not publish its minutes. Its agendas are posted week by week and taken down again, and the only way to read what was decided is to ask the Clerk for a copy or to be in the room. If you want to know what this county is buying, this is the meeting to attend.

This Board publishes no minutes. The county's own Minutes page carries no document list and one instruction: contact the Commissioners Office or the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for a copy of approved Commissioner minutes. Its agendas are posted on the county website a week at a time. What survives of the older record is what the Internet Archive kept: nineteen agendas from 2021 and three sets of minutes from 2011.

Watch this oneNothing in this county's surveillance record was ever an action item with a camera in its title. The Axon body camera and Taser contract was decided in a budget workshop. The park cameras that feed officers' phones were mentioned in a fire report and then in a police report. The county's plate readers reached the public through two lines of a police department report. Read the departmental reports at the end of every agenda and the budget workshop each July, not the action items.
