The Board meets in the county library's conference room rather than a dedicated chamber. Supporting documents are online, at the County Administrative Office at 11 Court Street, Room 230, Weaverville during business hours, and in a public packet at the back of the room. The county does not publish a per-speaker time limit or an address for written comment, so both are on the agenda for each meeting.
