How to show up in Yuba County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Yuba County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Watch this oneEvery documented surveillance decision in Yuba County was made by this Board. Its agenda system has a full-text search across agendas, agenda items, minutes and attachments, which is rare and makes the record here unusually easy to follow.

Agendas, including backup material, are posted on the Wednesday evening before the meeting, and are also available on paper at the Government Center and the county library. Anything given to a majority of the Board less than 72 hours before the meeting can be inspected at Suite 109 during business hours. The county runs an e-notify service for agenda alerts. Its agendas carry a per-speaker limit and remote participation details that we could not read from the current agenda, so both are unconfirmed here.

What this list does not cover yet
These are the bodies we have confirmed, not every body in the county. Yuba County has other commissions and committees, and other school and special districts, that we have not documented yet. Several of the county's own committees publish on the same county portal linked above.
