We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Watch this oneThis is the body that funded the Sheriff's plate readers and then stopped funding them, and the body that spent $149,301.92 on county building cameras under an agenda heading that says "Technology Updates and Purchases". It meets most Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:00 AM, and its agendas are a timed list of scheduled appearances rather than a standing order of business, so the thing worth watching for is a department head's name beside a budget or IT item.

Agendas are a timed list of who is scheduled to appear, with an asterisk marking possible action items. Minutes follow approval and are much fuller than the agendas, which is why a decision here is usually visible only after the fact. Most files carry a text layer; a handful are scans.

Watch this oneThe body that found out at a budget hearing what its police department's plate reader subscription bought, and reallocated the money the same evening. Its agendas carry a standing item for citizen correspondence, issues and concerns, and that item is where residents raised the subscription before the Council did.

The city also posts agendas on the bulletin board outside the council chambers and on the board in the Utility Office. The minutes are long and detailed, and record discussion topic by topic. A separate searchable archive of minutes is linked from the city's Mayor and City Council page.
