How to show up in Yuma County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Yuma County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

It also approved a Sheriff's drone for border security and, from state border money, an armoured vehicle and a jail body scanner.

- The agendas describe the Call to the Public as "held for public benefit to allow individuals to address issue(s) within the Board's jurisdiction." Board members may not discuss items that are not on the agenda, so action on a comment is limited to "directing staff to study the matter, responding to criticism, or scheduling the matter for further discussion and decision at a future date".

- "Public comments may be made in person or submitted by email at: publiccomment@yumacountyaz.gov The email forms of public comment will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. the morning of the meeting. All public comments will be read aloud during the Yuma County Board of Supervisors meeting that starts at 9:00 a.m."
