How to show up in La Paz County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in La Paz County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Watch this oneThis Board unanimously approved $537,963.50 of state border money for its Sheriff in January 2026. The minutes record that there were no comments or questions before the vote. Payments to two plate reader companies also pass through here, inside routine lists of bills.

- Meetings are held at 10:00 a.m. Check the agenda portal for which days, and note that the Board also sits as the boards of the county's special districts.
- Where
- Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 1108 Joshua Avenue, Parker.
- Remote
- The agendas describe the call to the public as being for "members of the public attending in person", so plan to be in Parker if you want to speak.
- Public comment
- There is a call to the public at meetings, described in the agendas as "the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing". The Board's hands are then tied by law, and the agenda says so: "Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda", so under A.R.S. section 38-431.01(I) any action is limited to directing staff to study the matter.
