We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

- Generally Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM, or as noticed 48 hours before the meeting. Agenda times are stated to be subject to change within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Watch this oneThis is the body that approved the city's 34 plate readers as a sole source purchase in December 2024, and the body that reviewed the program again in August 2026 after a council member asked for the contract to be scrapped.

- Regular meetings on Thursdays most weeks of the month at 6:00 PM, with a clarification meeting the same evening at 5:30 PM. Work sessions are held on Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM.

- Live-streamed at streaming.pocatello.gov and carried on Sparklight Cable channel 56.
- Public comment
- A citizen who wishes to address the Council is first recognized by the Mayor and gives their name for the record. A three minute limit is requested. The agenda states that only public hearings allow for public comment during the discussion of an item; regular meetings carry an items-from-the-audience slot near the end.
