How to show up in Curry County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Curry County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Curry County Board of Commissioners
Watch this oneThe fairgrounds camera bid reached this Board as a department cover sheet with the vendor quote attached, which is where the detail lives. The agenda line gives you a number; the packet gives you the retention period and the licence term.
- When
- Business meetings are held in the evening at 6:00 PM, most often on a Wednesday, roughly twice a month. The Board also holds daytime meetings and work sessions on other days, so the agendas page is the reliable answer.
- Where
- Commissioners' Hearing Room, Courthouse Annex, 94235 Moore Street, Gold Beach, Oregon.
- Remote
- Meetings are carried on the county's YouTube channel, Curry County Civic TV. That is a watch only stream, but this county lets you comment by email while the meeting is running, which is closer to participating than most streams allow.
- Public comment
- Submit a Speaker's Slip to the Chair before the meeting starts, or email your comment during the meeting to the Board office. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.
- Written comment

- Who to ask
- Board of Commissioners Office, 541-247-3296, BOC_Office@currycountyor.gov (checked )
The county publishes 1,107 agendas, packets and minutes on one page reaching back to 2017, which is a genuinely good archive for a county this size. Two cautions. Eighteen sets of 2023 minutes are linked with an uppercase file extension and the server refuses those links with an error, while serving the same file when the extension is lowercase; if a link fails, try changing .PDF to .pdf in the address bar. And 87 documents in the 2023 to 2026 window are scans with no text layer, readable by a person but invisible to any search.

What this list does not cover yet
These are the bodies we have confirmed, not every body in the county. Curry County has other commissions and committees, and other school and special districts, that we have not documented yet. Several of the county's own committees publish on the same county portal linked above.
