How to show up in Umatilla County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Umatilla County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Umatilla County Board of Commissioners
Watch this oneEquipment reaches this Board attached to vehicle orders and IT requests rather than as standalone proposals. The Sheriff's seven in-car video systems arrived as a line in a fleet purchase.
- When
- Most often the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:00 AM. Other days appear, so the agendas page is the reliable answer.
- Where
- Room 130, Umatilla County Courthouse, Pendleton, Oregon.
- Remote
- Meetings are streamed live on the county's YouTube channel, and recordings are linked from the agendas page alongside each meeting's documents. A live stream is watch only. We did not find a way to attend and speak remotely, which is not the same as there being none, so the agenda for your meeting is the place to check.
- Public comment
- Public comment is taken at board meetings. We did not find a written time limit or sign-up rule for this body in the meetings we read.
- Written comment
- — not confirmed
This county runs no agenda portal. The Board publishes agendas and minutes as PDF files on one page, which also carries meeting videos, and that page is the whole route. We read 2026. Earlier years exist behind archived agenda and minutes pages that resolve but do not expose their documents in a way we could follow, so the route to them is unfound rather than absent.

What this list does not cover yet
These are the bodies we have confirmed, not every body in the county. Umatilla County has other commissions and committees, and other school and special districts, that we have not documented yet. Several of the county's own committees publish on the same county portal linked above.
