- The county publishes recordings of board meetings on its YouTube channel, at youtube.com/@cooscountymeetings5425. Those are recordings rather than a live participation route, and in this county they are the most usable form of the record, because the written record cannot be searched. We did not find a way to attend or speak remotely.
- Public comment
- We could not determine the public comment procedure. It may well be printed on the agendas, but every agenda this county publishes is a scanned image with no readable text, so we cannot say what it is without transcribing them by hand. Call the county before you rely on anything here.

This is the least searchable county record we found in Oregon. All 22 agenda packets and minutes on the board meetings page are scanned images with no text layer, verified by checking their file sizes and page counts rather than assumed from a failure. They open normally in a browser. What cannot be done is search them, which is the difference between one person checking a year of decisions and one person checking a page. The page is also a current listing rather than an archive: we found no route to earlier years.
