- The Board's own public notice for 2026 says it holds regular meetings Monday through Friday of each week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Business items are scheduled by appointment through the day and appear on the agenda at a stated time.

Watch this oneThis is the body that decides the future of the county's plate reader network. On 24 August 2026 it voted down a motion to suspend the cameras two to five, then voted six to one to keep the contract with three changes to it.

- A general public input item sits on the regular agenda, at which a resident is recognized by the Mayor, approaches the podium, states their name and whether they are a resident or property owner, and speaks for up to two minutes. Speakers may not give their time to others. For public hearing items, written comments including email must be received two business days before the hearing to be considered, and the Mayor may limit spoken testimony to no less than two minutes a person.
