How to show up in Malheur County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Malheur County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

- When
- Every Wednesday at 9:00 AM. This is one of the more frequent county meeting schedules in Oregon, which also means the record is granular.
- Where
- Malheur County Courthouse, 251 B Street West, Vale, Oregon 97918. The agenda names the room.

- Public comment
- "Public Comments" is a standing agenda item. We did not find a written time limit or sign-up rule for this body in the meetings we read.

The County Clerk publishes 579 documents on one page, agendas, minutes and the monthly schedule of payments, reaching back to 2016. We read 2022 onward. We found no standing remote attendance option on the agendas we read, which is not the same as there being none, so the agenda for a given meeting is the place to check.

What this list does not cover yet
These are the bodies we have confirmed, not every body in the county. Malheur County has other commissions and committees, and other school and special districts, that we have not documented yet. Several of the county's own committees publish on the same county portal linked above.
