How to show up in Solano County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Solano County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

- Meetings are streamed live from the county's agendas page. Comment can be given by phone: dial 1-415-655-0001 with access code 2632 043 6228, press star 3 to raise a hand when the item is called, then star 6 to unmute when the Clerk announces the last two digits of your number. The county says the call-in line is a courtesy, and if it fails while no supervisor is attending remotely the meeting carries on in the chamber.

The Board sits at the same time as the Housing Authority, the county's special districts, the Solano Facilities Corporation and the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, so an item can arrive under any of those headings. The county does not print a per-speaker time limit on its agenda. Accessibility arrangements need 24 hours' notice. Temporary parking permits for the county garage are available from the Board Clerk for anyone attending for more than two hours.
