How to show up in Pinal County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Pinal County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Watch this oneA federal border grant item on this Board's consent agenda lists the Sheriff's plate reader subscription in the same sentence as aviation fuel and a helicopter overhaul. In August 2026 the Sheriff told the Board the office was cancelling its Flock Safety contract, and the next agenda carried the notice ending Flock's licence to use county right of way.

- Regular sessions are held on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. Check the agenda portal for which Wednesdays, and note that the Board also sits as the boards of the county's special districts, so one day can carry several agendas.

- Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, Pinal County Administrative Complex, 135 N. Pinal Street, Florence. Recent agendas carry a construction notice affecting parking, including accessible parking and routes, so check the agenda before you travel.

- You do not need to arrange anything in advance. The agendas state that a call to the public is "the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction", and that "Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance". That is a lower bar than Greenlee's, which asks for a written form to speak on an agenda item. What the Board can do in response is limited: action is "limited to directing staff to study the matter" or rescheduling it for a later meeting.

The agendas do not record outcomes, and minutes are posted for only a few meetings. The portal publishes July 2025 onward; anything this Board did before then is not in the record we hold.
