How to show up in Tillamook County
Surveillance is approved by people who hold public meetings any resident can attend. This page lists the bodies that do that in Tillamook County, what we have confirmed about attending each one, and where each publishes its agendas.
We do not publish meeting dates. A schedule we cannot check often enough would eventually send someone to the wrong place on the wrong night. Each body below links to wherever it publishes its own agendas and schedule, and that is the copy to trust.

Watch this oneRead the packets rather than the minutes here, and not because the packets are more interesting. The minutes are scanned images, so they cannot be searched; the library surveillance policy and the Sheriff's equipment checklist both surfaced from packets.

- Board meetings are held on Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, most weeks. Work sessions and other meetings appear on Tuesdays and at other hours.
- Where
- Commissioners' Meeting Room 106, 201 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon.
- Remote
- Meetings are carried on the county's YouTube channel. That is a watch only stream; we did not find a way to speak remotely on the agendas we read, so check the agenda for the meeting you want.
- Public comment
- Public comment is a standing agenda item. We did not find a written time limit or sign-up rule for this body in the agendas we read.

A practical warning for anyone researching here. The Board's minutes are published as scanned images with no text layer, 169 of the 173 in our window, so they can be read one at a time but not searched, and a search of this county's record that comes back empty may only mean the minutes were never searchable. Agendas and packets are fine. We read from January 2025 onward.
