Mammoth Lakes Police
- Which contract, amendment, invoice, or device schedule explains the change from eight authorized cameras to ten current cameras?
- How do the ten current cameras relate to the three additional partner cameras?
- Which institutions own each partner device, and what approvals, costs, policies, and access rights apply?

- What do the current sharing list, query-purpose report, hit statistics, and access audits show?
What license plate readers are
An automated license plate reader photographs every passing vehicle and records the plate, the time and the place. It does not watch suspects. It logs everyone, and the record is usually kept on a vendor’s servers.
