- The agreement with T2 Systems and Genetec AutoVu, and its cost.
- Whether the readers have been extended beyond parking vehicles since 2024.
Woodland Police
- The executed Flock agreement, the exact camera count and the locations.
- Which retention period applies, the policy's one-year minimum or the order form's 30 days.
- What the five "Wing" video integration gateways connect to.
- The list of agencies with access and the results of any audit.
Yolo County Sheriff and Yolo County DA
- The vendor behind the pods and the vehicle-mounted readers.
- How many readers exist now, and where they sit.
- Whether the undated posted policy is still the operative one, or whether the office's policy manual carries a newer chapter.
- Whether the District Attorney's pods and the Sheriff's units are one system or two, and who administers the data.
- The results of the audits Policy 430 calls for, and what they show about sharing outside California.
What license plate readers are
An automated license plate reader photographs every passing vehicle and records the plate, the time and the place. It does not watch suspects. It logs everyone, and the record is usually kept on a vendor’s servers.
