- The LensLock contract itself: retention period, who may access footage, deletion terms, and whether the vendor may use the recordings for any purpose of its own.
- Why the awarded figure of $2,000,319.45 is about $275,000 below the $2,275,425.00 LensLock advertised two weeks earlier. The minutes do not explain it.
- Whether the Sheriff's Office has adopted the written body camera policy NRS 289.830 requires, and whether it contains all six named elements including the fifteen-day retention floor.
- What the redaction workflow is in practice, given that redaction services were one of the stated grounds for rejecting competing bids.
