- How long a plate read collected by Constable Precinct 2 is kept, who may search it, whether searches are logged, and whether the data leaves the county.
- What the Axon Fusus platform in Precinct 2 is connected to, and whether any private or municipal cameras feed into it.
- Whether the eight vehicles added in May 2026 carry plate reader licenses of their own.
- What the four Axon Air drone licenses are attached to, since no drone purchase appears in the county's record.
Kaufman County Sheriff
- What the $24,750 paid to Flock Group Inc. in October 2020 bought, and on what terms.
- Whether the county has paid Flock since December 2021, which is where the published spending record stops.

An automated license plate reader photographs every passing vehicle and records the plate, the time and the place. It does not watch suspects. It logs everyone, and the record is usually kept on a vendor’s servers.
