Hailey
The county seat, and the largest city in Blaine County. The Hailey Police Department is the city’s own law enforcement agency.
The City Council approved three Flock Safety plate readers on 22 September 2025, for $10,500 a year on a two year term. Residents asked the Council to remove them at three consecutive meetings in July, August and September 2026, and the Chief of Police reported the department’s first audit to the Council on 27 July 2026.
